At TOVE Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected pieces are not quite right, we accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact and undamaged.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
